Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking, rebooking or cancelling your enrolment in a professional development course provided by Dental Artistry Academy (“the Academy”).  By booking your course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation Policy

• You have the right to cancel your enrolment in a professional development course provided by the Academy, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Notice Period

• If you wish to cancel your course enrolment and receive a credit or refund, you must provide notice to the Academy.
• For a 100% credit towards a new course or a 90% cash refund, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the course start date.
• If you provide less than 7 days’ notice before the course start date, you are eligible for a 90% credit towards a new course or a 50% cash refund.

3. Requesting Cancellation

• To request a cancellation, please contact the Academy’s administrative department by email at academy@dentalartistry.co.nz or by phone at 006495244541.
• In your cancellation request, please provide your full name, course name, course start date, and the reason for cancellation.

4. Credit Towards a New Course

• If you cancel your enrolment with at least 7 days’ notice before the course start date, you are entitled to a 100% credit towards a new course offered by the Academy.
• If you cancel your enrolment with less than 7 days’ notice before the course start date, you are entitled to a 90% credit towards a new course offered by the Academy.
• Credits can be applied to any future course offered by the Academy and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation.

5. Cash Refund

• If you cancel your enrolment with at least 7 days’ notice before the course start date, you are entitled to a 90% cash refund.
• If you cancel your enrolment with less than 7 days’ notice before the course start date, you are entitled to a 50% cash refund.
• Cash refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.

6. Exceptions

• The Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or course cancellations initiated by the Academy.

8. Dietary Requirements

• Any dietary requirements will be requested upon completion of checkout. If the Academy is not informed of dietary requirements, meals will be provided as if there are no dietary requirements.

9. Currency

• All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Academy’s website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

By booking your course enrolment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• The $5,000 Academy Dollars credit is valid only for eligible Dental Artistry Academy courses.
• The credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the clinician to whom it was issued.
• The credit cannot be exchanged, redeemed or refunded for cash or any other form of payment.
• The credit must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or registrations.
• Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date specified at the time of issue.
• Academy Dollars may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or scholarship unless expressly approved by Dental Artistry Academy.
• Dental Artistry Academy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Academy Dollars programme at any time, provided this does not affect credits already applied to confirmed course bookings.
